The mission of the Fitchburg Technology Campus is to support and
facilitate the research and developmental processes associated
with technological progress and the commercialization of new products into
the marketplace.
The
Fitchburg Technology Campus is ideally situated within minutes
of one of the world's leading research universities - the University
of Wisconsin-Madison. The University ranks third among all academic
institutions in the United States in the amount of public dollars
expended on research-based patents in the United States.
Fitchburg Technology Campus is home to the New Venture Center
- design to address the needs of startup and existing technology
companies by providing a special
environment that fosters scientific advances to promote efficiency, improve health, and protect the environment.

& Commercial
The bustling neighborhood center provides residents and businesses
with a range of shops, restaurants and support services. Located near the corner of Fish Hatchery and Lacy Roads, across from Fitchburg’s City Hall, the neighborhood center includes Kinsale Place, the Park Bank Building, Fitchburg Technology Condominiums and Kelly’s Grille.
Kinsale Place includes two floors of luxury apartments positioned above street-level retail and service space. The 16,000 square-feet of retail and service space offers expansive glass windows, patio access, and centrally located parking. Current tenants of Kinsale Place include Ancora Coffee Roasters, Fitness Together, John Roach Projects, Friends of Fitchburg Library and Big Rooster, LLC.
