Fitchburg Technology Campus is located in the City of Fitchburg near the corner of Fish Hatchery Road and Lacy Road, just minutes south of Madison, Wisconsin and across from the Fitchburg City Hall and the future home of the Fitchburg Library.
The Fitchburg Technology Campus is ideally situated within minutes of one of the world's leading research universities - the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The University ranks third among all academic institutions in the United States in the amount of dollars expended on research-based patents in the United States for 2008. In addition to being the home of Home Casual, Gordon Flesch, and Tri-North headquarters, the Fitchburg Technology Campus offers lab/office, retail, and a variety of housing options.
Residents of the Campus will be able to enjoy a short walk to work, community activities or neighborhood shopping. Bike and pedestrian trails throughout the Fitchburg Technology Campus connect to Madison's Capital City Bike Trail for convenient downtown shopping, parks, jobs and entertainment.

The mission of the Fitchburg Technology Campus is to support and facilitate the research and developmental processes associated with technological progress and the commercialization of new products into the marketplace. Our facilities are specifically designed to address the needs of startup and existing technology companies by offering shared amenities including: an autoclave, specialty air handling/HVAC, and loading docks.

The three New Venture Center facilities has 130,000 square-feet of office and laboratory space specifically designed for high-tech businesses.

Built in 2009, the CDW Building includes two-stories of office space anchored by CDW and single office executive suites geared towards start-up companies. Neighboring Team Technologies Data Center offers a robust and redundant IT infrastructure.

The bustling neighborhood center provides residents and businesses with a range of shops, restaurants and support services. Located at the corner of Research Park Drive and Lacy Roads, the neighborhood center includes Kinsale Place, the Park Bank Building, The Atomic Koi Cocktail Lounge and Roman Candle Pizza, Fitchburg Lofts and Galway Glen Condominiums.
