Welcome
to the Campus!
Gordon
Flesch has made an offer and submitted plans to build their headquarters
on lot 31 (corner of Fish Hatchery Road and Lacy Road) in the
Fitchburg Technology Campus. The proposed 46,000 sq. ft. building
will house 235 employees. The plans have been approved by the
City Plan Commission. Construction could begin this fall and completion
is estimated late in 2005.
Gordon
Flesch serves clients in southern Wisconsin, Chicago and its western
suburbs, also Columbus, Ohio and most of central Ohio. They also
own an office supply firm in Ohio. The company employs more than
700 people in 7 branches and 14 satellite offices in the Midwest.
John
Flesch, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company
said, accessibility and the fact that "there seems to be
a rhyme and reason to development here" influenced their
decision to locate in the Fitchburg Technology Campus.
