Lynn Bruckner - Project Manager
Her initiative, energy and experience play a major role in Avante Properties’ developments. In addition, her excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential in seeing the projects through from start to finish.
Karyl Lynn has extensive experience in customer service, advertising, marketing, staff management and tenant relations. Her proven track record as an entrepreneur makes her the ideal choice for managing the development and growth of our ventures.
Her leadership and creativity have also been demonstrated while she volunteered 8 years as President for Region 2 Central Division and for 10 years as a Board Member of the United States Ski Association Alpine Competition Committee.
Chris Armstrong - Director of Brokerage & Leasing 
Chris graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He has also earned BS and MS Engineering Degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining Avante Properties, Chris was a manager for Grant Thronton’s Corporate Finance team and was involved in over 30 buy and sell side transactions with an industry focus in technology and real estate.
Chris is responsible for site selection, brokerage and leasing of all our current and future projects.
Currently, Chris is a member of the City of Fitchburg’s Community & Economic Development Authority.
Kelly Smith - Property Manager
Kelly began her career with Avante Properties as an intern before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in December 2006 with a Degree in Agricultural Business Management.
As a student, Kelly was a tutor for the UW’s Introduction to Applied Economics course. Now, Kelly is a full-time member of our staff and assists in the day-to-day operations of our ventures. She also oversees the condition of our properties and tends to our tenant’s reqests.
As a licensed as an Real Estate Salesperson, Kelly assists in our leasing activites.
Erin Raddemann - Accounting Manager
The newest member of the Avante Properties staff, Erin earned two Associates Degrees and is currently working toward a BA in Accounting from Lakeland College and plans on completing her CMA Certification.
As our Accounting Manager, Erin is responsible for keeping the financials straight for all of Avante Properties’ different ventures — not an easy task for one person!
Before coming to Avante, Erin worked for other Madison-based companies, including the Promega Corporation and pc/nametag, Inc.
